She used to work as a BPO professional specializing in Operational Excellence, Program Management, Training and Talent Development. She is trained and certified in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt), Design Thinking and DEC with over fifteen years of cumulative experience in Insurance, Healthcare (Clinical and Service Operations) and Customer Service platforms.
