In an increasingly globalized healthcare landscape, nurses who migrate for their careers play a vital role not only in patient care, but in shaping the future of nursing both at home and abroad. Diaspora Dialogues is a unique session spotlighting three influential organizations: PNAA, NANNNA, and GDNA that represent nurses from the Philippines, Nigeria, and Ghana. Through candid 1:1 interviews, we'll explore how these associations support nurses navigating the transition to U.S. practice and how they foster meaningful contributions back to their home countries. From mentorship and cultural integration to health missions and knowledge exchange, these leaders will share how diaspora nurses are building bridges across continents and how you can be part of the movement. This session is a powerful reminder: migration is not a departure, but a deepening of purpose. Get inspired. Get connected. Join a professional nursing organization and be part of global change.
