Elizabeth Menschner, commonly known as Liz, serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Pennsylvania Organization of Nurse Leaders. With an extensive career spanning over three decades in nursing leadership and hospital operations, Liz has held several pivotal roles. Notably, she has served as the Vice President of Patient Care Services at Riddle Hospital and as the interim Chief Nursing Officer at Temple University Health System. Her professional focus encompasses innovative care delivery, harm prevention, and the mentorship of emerging leaders. Liz possesses advanced degrees in both nursing and business and holds board certification in Nursing Executive Advanced.
